Creativity is a key driver of innovation! This is even more valid in a world where the internet is disrupting the way we work and play. But how do we introduce creativity into a tech community that is often left brain by nature?
Luckily London is a creative melting pot, with tech and arts industries working in close proximity. This makes it a fertile breeding for innovation. Look out as some amazing fashion, music, art and film platforms emerge from the London scene.
On the 19th of June we are holding another round of Startup Stories V. This event will blend technology with creative industries and explore their compatibility. Our invited speakers will present their stories and delve into combining both creative and tech worlds.
We want to showcase as many creative startups as possible, so we will give a chance to shine to 10-15 hottest creative startups in our exhibition in front of at least 200 expected experts and entrepreneurs.
Love creating Startups - Hate writing Business Plans
About Startup Academy
The Dreamstake Academy has been launched with the mission to provide teaching and guidance of the highest academic level to startup leaders on a range of relevant topics. It is designed to complement the capabilities of startup teams by providing expert knowledge.
You’ve got a brilliant business start-up idea that is going to take the market by storm and transform many lives. Unfortunately, there’s just one problem – your supporters and investors want to see your comprehensive business plan!
A good business plan can take many months of research and composition; however the good news is that you don’t have to start that way. By taking a pragmatic approach you can start with an executive summary then grow to a comprehensive business plan.
The objective is to make this process as painless as possible so that the majority of your time is invested in building your business rather than writing plans.
This is a very special, exclusive event for the best of the Tech Startups. We are giving an opportunity for them to pitch their businesses to an impressive panel of experts and angel investors. These selected entrepreneurs will be pitching and receiving valuable feedback from our experts.
Another aim of this event is to highlight many funding options avaliable to the early stage business founders.
About Startup Academy:
Participants will take part in a series of interactive communication exercises, followed by individual coaching, where volunteers will present one minute pitches to the rest of the group. After coaching, using techniques learnt at drama school, the volunteer will re-present, with an immediately noticeable improvement.
